About The Event
RECEIVING: Wednesday, May 3rd, from 10am to noon
RECEPTION: Wednesday, May 3rd, from 4 to 6pm REMOVAL: Wednesday, May 24th, from 10am to noon
Prizes for winners will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places plus a Merit award.
COCO GALLERY IN ESTERO HOURS
Monday through Sunday: 11am to 5pm
Our work will be displayed in a designated area of the gallery, near the center, with our SWFFCG
banner prominently displayed. COCO has requested that we bring all the guild’s pedestals. They will
provide 10 panels for wall-mounted art. In general, there will be plenty of space for both 3D and 2D
art. They also request artists bring wine or a snack to the reception.
Like the Arts for ACT show, “Distinctive Design” is a judged and juried exhibit. But to be more
inclusive, gift shop items will be juried in for quality control but not judged as gallery items.
All members are encouraged to participate! Remember that SWFFCG has a participation
requirement which can easily be fulfilled by attending the September and/or October 2022 guild
meetings or by contacting Donna Esher (palmislandglass@comcast.net) to volunteer for Receiving,
Reception, or Removal. Volunteers will be trained and supported.
