"FABULOUS FLORIDA" EXHIBIT HASÂ EXPANDED!
Your board is excited to announce that the "Fabulous Florida" show at CCAC has expanded. All members, whether they donated an 8x8" square to our group project or not, are cordially invited to enter up to two pieces in our expanded exhibit. The theme is still "Fabulous Florida" which can be loosely interpreted and will be displayed in the SIDE GALLERY in the main building in the month of May. Start creating some Florida art to enter! The prospectus will be emailed to all members and will be available at the next two meetings.
IMPORTANT DATES ARE:
RECEIVING:Â APRIL 29TH 9AM TO NOON AT CCAC
RECEPTION:Â MAY 10TH, 5PM TO 7PM AT CCAC
REMOVAL: MAY 31ST, 9AM TO NOON AT CCAC
 ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Our bylaws call for an election of officers at our April meeting. The VP Committee has worked very hard to create a slate of nominees for the upcoming seasons. Officers to be voted on are: President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. If you are interested in being nominated as an officer, please email Lynn before Saturday. You may also offer a nomination from the floor at the meeting. Please attend this important meeting!
Deadline for SQUARES!
 Please remember to bring your completed 8"x8" squares for our group project to the March 16th Guild meeting on Saturday. This meeting date is the final deadline to enter them. They will be grouped together in "art quilts which will be hung on the walls and exhibited with our own individual work in the SIDE GALLERY at CCAC. They will then be sold next season after being displayed in other public spaces.THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO DONATING THEIR WORK TO THIS FUNDRAISER!!
